I’m Matthea Osinga, holistic Health Coach, mom of 2 and I’m looking for a team of 4-6 moms who are ready to take action. Together we will work on how to reach healthy weight and have more energy. The duration of the program will be 6 weeks. We will cheer each other on and hold each other accountable.
And I will be there to guide you, support you, provide information about nutrition and lifestyle and answer questions.
