About Marianne:

My name is Marianne and I am a 27 year old Norwegian physiotherapist educated in
Norway and Denmark. I have lived in IJburg with my Danish boyfriend for about a year
and a half now. My goal is to help my clients regain their strength, get rid of pain and make their bodies work for them again.
In my clinic I see only individual clients and many of them struggle with low back pain,
muscle tension causing neck pain or lack of stability around the pelvis and lower back.
Almost all of them really benefit from strengthening their core, gaining more stability in
their back and getting less afraid to move and learn how to best use their bodies. So
these group sessions will be aimed at exactly that: core strength, stability and pain
prevention!
Don’t be afraid to sign up; exercises will be modified to fit your level so that you get the
most out of it!

GROUP SESSIONS:
Where? Bij Eef on Kiekstraat 22-24 in Ijburg.
When? Tuesdays from 19.30-20.30.
How? Sign up via Bij Eef.

THE SESSIONS:
19.30-19.40: Welcome and introduction. Light theory about core strength and back stability.
19.40-19.45: Warm-up.
19.45-20.25: Core training with different exercises using only body weight. Focus on technique and individual level.
20.25-20.30: Questions and sum-up.

You do not have to bring anything else than a bottle of water, some comfortable clothes and a smile ��
